You love clean code and modern web and mobile applications? At Horizon Alpha you build custom software solutions together with a motivated team for exciting clients – from startups to large enterprises. You work end-to-end: from architecture and the React/React Native frontend to backend API integration.
Your responsibilities
- Building web and mobile apps with React, React Native and TypeScript
- Designing and implementing features end-to-end – frontend to API
- Integrating REST and GraphQL APIs as well as cloud services (AWS)
- Shaping architecture, code quality and development processes
- Close collaboration with design, product and our clients
- Code reviews and continuous improvement of our codebase
Your profile
What you bring
- Several years of experience in frontend or full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Experience with React Native (or strong motivation to learn it)
- Experience with agentic engineering – productive use of AI coding agents in development
- An eye for clean, testable code and modern tooling workflows
- Good German and English skills
- An independent, structured way of working and team spirit
Nice to have
- Experience with Node.js and backend development
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, testing (Jest, Playwright) and app store deployments
- Experience with GraphQL
