Requirements:
- Kaufmännische Vorkenntnisse wären hilfreich, sind jedoch nicht erforderlich. Alles was Du wissen musst bringen wir Dir gerne bei.
- Einen ausgeprägten Leistungs- und Erfolgswillen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Eine eigenständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

Responsibilities:
- Du priorisierst und organisierst Termine für die Geschäftsführung und sorgst für effiziente Arbeitsabläufe
- Du unterstützt unsere Buchhaltung (Reisekostenbelege, Zusammenstellung von Abrechnungsbelegen) und übernimmst allg. administrative Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt im Mahnwesen und bei Tätigkeiten im Zahlungsverkehr
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner im Team unterstützt Du eine Vielzahl an Projekten mit allem was dazugehört
- Du unterstützt uns bei Events sowie übernimmst Du Aufgaben der Teamassistenz wie das Bürobedarfsmanagement
- Du unterstützt uns im gesamten Recruiting Prozess

We are a highly motivated team of developers who use their skills profitably in various areas. Currently we mainly develop software for external customers. The projects are as diverse as the customers themselves. In addition to small start-ups and aspiring companies, we also work for medium-sized companies and large, international corporations. Technologically we are working mainly on apps based on React and React Native, as well as on cloud system architectures based on AWS, Google Cloud and MS Azure.
What should you bring?
In addition to an open and willing character, you should already have some working experience as a trainee or working student. Furthermore, it is important to us that you havea quick grasp, are able to acquire new knowledge on your own and are interested in new technologies. Since we are a dynamic team and there is a certain startup atmosphere in our company, you should feel comfortable in such an environment.
